Shipping & Delivery Policy


At Canada Plastics & Belting Inc., we strive to process and deliver your order as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on handling times, transit estimates, and free in-store pickup options across Canada.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: Standard orders for stock materials, sheet cut-to-size items, and standard industrial supplies require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, cut, package, and dispatch.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Operating Hours: Shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian national and provincial public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across Canada via standard ground and freight carriers (including Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and specialized freight carriers for oversized plastic sheets).

3. Free In-Store Pickup (Scarborough Warehouse)

Avoid shipping fees by picking up your order directly from our warehouse location:

  • Pickup Location: 100 Dynamic Drive, Units 5-7, Scarborough, ON M1V 5C1

  • Store & Pickup Hours:

    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Saturday: By Appointment Only

    • Sunday: Closed

  • Pickup Notification: You will receive an email or call when your order is cut, packaged, and ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID upon arrival.

4. Oversized & Freight Shipments (Sheets & Panels)

Due to the size and weight of full-size acrylic, polycarbonate, coroplast, aluminum composite, and industrial plastic sheets, certain items must ship via freight truck on pallets or dedicated delivery:

  • Delivery drivers deliver freight shipments to the curbside or loading dock only.

  • Buyers are responsible for offloading freight shipments unless liftgate service is arranged prior to shipment.

5. Order Tracking & Damaged Shipments

  • Order Tracking: Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email containing carrier tracking details.

  • Damages in Transit: Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify the delivery driver immediately, note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
